Join us for a revitalizing outdoor yoga event filled with uplifting music, a warm community atmosphere, and heartfelt purpose—all in support of CASA Mental Health. This incredible organization provides essential mental health support to children and their families across our community.
🧘♀️ The adult yoga session will be led by Meg Stevenson, with energizing music provided by special guest Jaclyn Panylyk from Girls Club DJs.
🧒 At the same time, kids can enjoy a fun and engaging children’s yoga session led by Sarah Hastings, complete with special activities designed just for them.
📍 Both classes will take place at the picturesque gazebo in the heart of Keswick (3111 Keswick Way SW).
After class, we’ll gather to enjoy snacks, refreshments, and meaningful connection.
Representatives from CASA Mental Health will be on-site to share more about their vital work and answer any questions.
CASA’s vision is a community where all children, youth, and families have timely access to the mental health care they need—and deserve—to thrive.
🎟️ Tickets are $35 for adults and $25 for kids. You can also choose to add a donation to your ticket purchase—any contribution beyond the ticket price is eligible for a tax receipt so please ensure that your address is up to date in our system and we will take care of the rest.
