We’ll also explore how tightness in the jaw and chest can contribute to neck and shoulder pain, along with simple self-care strategies you can use at home to help prevent this tension from building up.
Leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and equipped with tools to support better posture and movement in everyday life.
Suitable for all abilities.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Yoga props are available at the studio, though you’re welcome to bring any props that help you feel comfortable and supported.
