A transformational experience of Women Chasing Waterfalls - a day to immerse yourself in nature and truly connect to yourself. the group and the world around you.
You will leave feeling refreshed, invigorated and empowered.
It's going to be a magic combination of gentle exercise, peaceful downtime, and great conversation that'll leave you feeling like you've really got something out of it.
Imagine spending the day where every walk, splash, and conversation helps you discover more about yourself and connects you to others.
You'll end the day not just feeling recharged, but also more connected and uplifted, ready to take on whatever comes next.
The event will include:
🌊 A 3-4 mile walk (We will walk at the pace of the person at the back, no one will ever get left behind).
🌊 An optional waterfall dip (assuming the water is clean and safe, I will be testing it beforehand and again on the day). You will be fully prepped, guided in, and taught about warming up afterwards.
🌊 Transformational chat and coaching - bound to happen when women come together, throw in the fact that I am a qualified personal and executive coach and magic will happen!

Full directions and a “kit” list will be provided a week before the event. Don’t worry, you won’t need much kit- mainly decent outdoor shoes, a swimming costume and enough food and water!

Caroline was so, so patient with me and talked me through how to do it safely and was there next to me the whole time I was in the water.
