Solfire Festival is more than an event.

Held within the energy of the Summer Solstice – the peak of light, vitality, and spiritual expansion – this immersive shamanic gathering invites you to reconnect with yourself, honour your journey, and step fully into the next chapter of your life.
Through drum journeying, intention setting, sacred fire ritual, healing practices, and the transformational firewalk itself, you will be guided through a powerful journey of awakening, connection, empowerment, and renewal.
Why the Summer Solstice?
The Summer Solstice has been honoured for thousands of years as a sacred turning point – a celebration of light, life force, abundance, and transformation.
It marks the height of the sun’s power and the peak of the year’s energy, while also reminding us of the ever-turning wheel of life, death, and rebirth. From this point onward, the days slowly begin to shorten once more, inviting us to honour both the fullness of the present moment and the natural cycles of change and renewal.

Do I have to walk across the fire?
No. Firewalking is completely optional. You will be fully supported in whatever feels right for you on the night. Many people choose to walk, but many others choose to simply witness, take part in the ceremony, and receive the experience in their own way. There is no pressure or expectation at any point.
Is fire walking safe?
Yes. Firewalking is facilitated with trained guidance, preparation, and clear safety processes in place. You will be supported throughout the entire evening, both emotionally and practically. The fire is prepared and managed with care, and you will never be asked to do anything you do not feel ready for. Safety, respect, and consent are at the centre of the experience.
What should i wear?
Wear something comfortable that allows you to move, sit, and fully take part in ceremony. Natural fabrics like cotton or linen are ideal, with layers recommended as the evening may move between stillness and activity. For the firewalk, you will be barefoot briefly, so easy-to-remove footwear is helpful. Most importantly, choose clothing that helps you feel grounded, comfortable, and at ease.
