🧘 Free Yoga in the Park 🌿☀️

Take some time for movement, fresh air, and connection this summer at Bassett Creek Park! Join us for a welcoming yoga practice focused on present-moment experiences through gentle movement, breathwork, and basic meditation. Plenty of options are offered so you can move, breathe, and connect in a way that feels right for you.

Bring a yoga mat or towel and come as you are.
Classes are taught by PR Brady, an E-RYT 200 Yoga Instructor with training and certifications in Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yin, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Somatically Oriented Yin.
Weather and air quality cancellations will be posted on Facebook and/or announced on-site the day of class.
