Level 1 - This weekend focuses on you and your own personal healing.

During the two day course you will be introduced and attuned to the powerful healing of first degree Reiki.

Reiki level one is the initiation into working with Universal Life Force energy.

During the attunements, you will have your chakras activated and the channels opened for this loving energy to flow through you.

What to expect over the weekend :

History of Reiki and its Ascended Masters
Principles of Reiki
Four attunements to the first degree of Usui Reiki Traditional hand positions for self healing
Introduction to Chakras
Plenty of hands on practice
You will be able to channel healing for self
You will be able to channel healing for family & friends Reiki Level one Manual
Certificate of Completion
Audios for guidance after the weekend

A light lunch will be provided on both days

This weekend will bring you closer to your true authentic self.
