Join us Saturday, May 9th for a healing mini-retreat of yoga & sound healing at Boyd Hill Nature Preserve in St Pete, FL. Connect with like-minded individuals, ground in nature and see views of downtown St. Pete, baby gators & birds of prey!Our ZenHIKE Mini-Retreat includes trail walking under shady trees and yoga/sound bath in nature with Salena and Jenny as your guides!

Flow of the Mini-Retreat: (rough outline)
9:30am - Meet at entrance to Boyd Hill. Meet outside as we will enter as a group and pay your admission fee.
9:35am- GUIDED HIKE & NATURE WALK- get to know other participants, while stopping along the way to watch wildlife such as the beautiful birds, plus take time for nature bathing/ a few minutes of barefoot grounding to recharge and reconnect with the earth.
11am- SOUND BATH & YOGA UNDER SHADY TREES- Arrive at our final destination for a Sound Healing & Relaxing Yoga session to fully disconnect into the rhythm of crystal bowls and drums, melting into a state of pure tranquility!!
12pm- LUNCH - wander over to our ZEN picnic where we will have plant-based vegan lunch & water refills.
After lunch, enjoy chatting with other ZEN-FRIENDS!
*Retreat Ends but you will leave with a ton of memories, a relaxing state of being, and maybe even some new friends!
Tickets are $60 and cover the entire experience, including use of a yoga mat, plus yoga by Jenny, a live sound healing by Salena, vegan lunch, and use of a cool lavender eye towel to help relax post-yoga.
Your entrance fee to the nature preserve is also included.
This event is held in Boyd Hill Nature Preserve, 1101 Country Club Way in St Pete, Florida, right in Downtown St. Pete.
*We will bring yoga mats for you to use so no worries there!
