About this Event
This 60 minute slow flow/ yin class will help you find movement to connect with your body, before settling into longer holds (2-8 minutes) to allow gravity and breath melt the stress away. We'll start with a 30-minute gentle vinyasa flow (hatha) to open and warm the body, then settle into longer holds (yin).
This class is ideal for active bodies or anyone looking to slow down, relax, and reconnect with themselves.
Bring your mat, water, and any props you would like to support your practice. We will meet indoors in the Joint KB's gym, unwind together, and reset before the start of the week. Park in front of Harmony House or the grass lot next door and come towards the building with the donkey on it.
