Join us for a heart-opening morning of movement, meditation, and feline magic. Stay after with tea and kitty biscuits with the cats of CJPaws!
This special Kitty Yoga + Sound Bath experience led by Victoria Roman blends gentle, grounding yoga with the soothing vibrations of a guided sound bath meditation with crystal bowls— all while surrounded by adorable, and playful rescue cats. Expect slow mindful stretching, deep relaxation, and plenty of sweet kitty cuddles and kisses.
After class, enjoy time to hang out with the cats, sip on warm tea, and connect with like-minded souls. All of the cats you’ll meet are rescue kitties currently up for adoption, making this experience both healing and heart-centered.
Come nourish your nervous system, open your heart, and soak up the joy that only yoga + sound healing + cats can bring.
About the Instructor:
Victoria Roman is a certified yoga and pilates instructor, assisted stretch and sound healing practitioner. Over the years, her practice and experience has continued to grow and change her life for the better, driving her passion to share the beauty and magic of healing the mind, body and soul through movement and meditation. A cat mom and cat lover herself, Victoria is committed to providing a fun, yet relaxing and healing experience for all who attend!
