We are calling in awakened souls to gather for a half day event focused on connection, alignment, and expansion.

Join us on April 25th for a half day of transformational resonance. During our time together we will focus on arriving in our bodies and our hearts - and tapping into our onness with all things. Opening and expanding our lifeforce energy and gaining tools that we can take home with us.

We are calling to other beings who are ready to dissolve the precieved barriers that seperate us, giving way to deep connections built within shared understanding and unity consciousness.

Schedule:

• 9:00am: Arrival & Ground Down
• 9:15am-10:15am: Movement Practice: Qi- Gong
• 10:15am- 11:45am: Energy & Sharing Circle
• 11:45am - 12:45pm: Partner Attunement Practice (Individual Healing & Activation)
• 12:45pm-  1:00pm: Closing Circle

• Over 1000 Hours of YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Nidra, Chair yoga, Children's Yoga
• Certifies Yoga Teachers through Wholesome Alchemy's YTT
• Certified Ayurveda Therapist (Studied in India)
• Meditation Teaching Diploma
• Master Herbalist Diploma
• Mindfulness Diploma
• Qi Gong Certified (Studied in China)
• 2 Bachelors degrees (Sociology & Child Development) and her masters program in Teaching and Education
