🌼 East Allington Village Show 2026 🌼

Join us for this year’s East Allington Village Show, taking place in the Parish Hall on Saturday 8th August 2026.
🕝 Show opens to the public from 2:30 PM
🎟 Raffle tickets available – £1.50 per strip
📋 Show Rules & Information
• Maximum of two entries per class per person
• Entry fees: Adults 30p per entry | Children 20p per entry
📄 Entry forms and fees must be returned by Wednesday 5th August 2026 to:

Extra entry forms are also available from Mrs. V Stevens.
⏰ On the Day – Saturday 8th August
• Entries must be brought to the Parish Hall between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• The hall must be clear of exhibitors and the public by 10:00 AM
• Judging begins at 10:15 AM
❗ No late entries will be accepted
🌸 Entry Notes
• Vases will be provided for flower entries
• All entries must be displayed on plain white paper plates unless otherwise stated
🎁 Raffle
Raffle prizes must be claimed at the raffle draw, otherwise they will be re-drawn.
🧒 Children’s Entries
All children who enter will receive recognition, with money prizes for children’s classes.

Cups will be awarded for most points in the following classes:
• Most in Show
• Domestic
• Vegetable
• Flower
• Child
• Photography
🏵 W.I. Cup awarded for the best entry in Classes 51–56
🌟 Rosettes awarded for:
Best Flower • Best Vegetable • Best Domestic • Best Child’s Entry • Photography • Judges’ Awards
🎖 Prize cards for each children’s class
