Angus is hosting this 2 day weekend workshop with Fred Hao.
Fred was a long term student of Tao Ping-Siang in Taiwan. Master Tao was a closed door disciple of Cheng Man-Ching.
Fred's great skill and understanding in tai chi as well as his lightness of touch and welcoming manner make him a joy to learn with.
Cost: £75 per day, £130 both days
