Have you ever noticed that understanding something with your mind doesn’t always change how you feel?
You know you’re safe, yet anxiety lingers.
You know you don’t need to please everyone, yet you still do.
You know an old experience is over, yet your body responds as though it’s happening now.
Our bodies often express patterns that words alone can’t reach.
Hakomi is a gentle, mindfulness-based somatic approach that explores the relationship between our body, emotions and life experiences. By slowing down and listening with curiosity, we begin to discover the unconscious beliefs, habits and protective patterns that shape how we move through the world—and open the possibility for something new.
I’m delighted to be hosting a Hakomi Circle & Demo Day with the wonderful and experienced Hakomi trainer Caroline Braham on Saturday 25 July.
Together we’ll experience guided mindfulness and connection practices, witness two live Hakomi sessions, and explore how deep change can arise through kindness, presence and the wisdom of the body.
Whether you’re completely new to Hakomi or already interested in body-based approaches to healing and self-discovery, you’re warmly welcome.
Less than two weeks to go.
Early bird fee £105 (until 4 July)
Full Fee £120
3 concession places available at £90
