At Blackdog Outdoors, we believe in the power of nature, movement, and community to support good mental health. This fully guided wellbeing walk takes you deep into the heart of the Lake District, offering connection, challenge, and the grounding calm that only a day in the mountains can bring.

This event is more demanding than many of our wellbeing walks, with a long, sustained ascent and short Grade 1 scrambling sections where you’ll need to use your hands. Our leaders will support you throughout, maintaining a steady, inclusive pace to help everyone enjoy the challenge safely and confidently.

• Duration: 6–7 hours including breaks
• Difficulty: Difficult – steep, rocky terrain with short scrambling steps on the Corridor Route
• Dogs: Not permitted on this route due to technical terrain
