We'll begin with gentle stretches and calming breathwork to release tension, then drift into deep relaxation as the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and other sacred instruments wash over you. Afterwards, enjoy a few moments of peaceful silence before we share herbal tea, a sweet treat, and time for a friendly connection.
This nurturing 75-minute session is designed to melt away stress, support better sleep, and leave you feeling grounded and restored.
