Yoga for Bereaved Mums with Hannah - March Session

Zephyr's Yoga Circle are for mothers bereaved through pregnancy loss, or the death of a baby or child. Our yoga offering provides a calming and meditative opportunity to relax and connect with yourself and others.
Led by Hannah at her beautiful yoga studio, these sessions are a chance to take a moment of self care, and come together with others. Restorative yoga, some tasty snacks, and a chance to chat, share and reflect.
Please note this class is designed for those who are bereaved, rather than those who are pregnant after loss.
