With International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day around the corner, we’re inviting all mums to join us for a refreshing Wellbeing Walk.
It’s the perfect chance to clear your head and connect.

Meet at entrance of Victoria Leisure Centre (NG1 1DB)
A gentle, nurturing walk specially for mums who need some well-deserved me time, a chance to make new friends, and release the stresses of daily life.
Discover a natural, effective way to heal through fresh air, light movement, and mindful moments in beautiful green surroundings.
Goal Setting Life Coach, Naomi, will lead a lovely mindfulness session during the walk to help you relax, reflect, and recharge.
Kids welcome if childcare is tricky.
