I warmly invite you into a sensual, electric journey of energy, presence, and deep connection with yourself.
We begin slowly, attuning to the energetic body. Through breath, movement, sound, and awareness, the body starts to open, soften, and respond. Step by step, energy begins to move — through the chakras, through the tissues, through the subtle layers of your being — until you touch the source of your own life force.

✨ About the Facilitator
My name is Natalie.
I am a certified Tantra & Breathwork facilitator, Prana therapist, and Kundalini Yoga teacher devoted to awakening sexual energy as a healing, transformative force.
My path began over 14 years ago with Kundalini yoga, meditation, and deep work with the chakras. Over time, Tantra and sensual embodiment became a powerful gateway back into my body, my truth, and my inner power.
Through sensuality, sexuality, and the conscious awakening of sexual energy, I found myself.
I discovered self-love, embraced my femininity, integrated my shadow, and reconnected with the spark that makes life feel alive, meaningful, and deeply felt.
I am currently based in Copenhagen, and guided by a traveling soul, I share this work through workshops and sessions across Europe.
Now, from this lived and embodied experience, I offer this work to others — not as a concept, but as a transmission, held with presence, softness, depth, and deep respect for each individual path 🤍
