Join us for a weekly 60-minute crystal bowl sound bath in North Park, designed to support stress relief, nervous system regulation, and deep relaxation.

This sound meditation uses crystal alchemy bowls and harmonic instruments to guide you into a deeply restful, meditative state. You’ll spend the hour lying down comfortably as sound gently supports the body and mind—no movement required.
