A beautiful and intimate journey of self-expression, healing and reconnection through the power of your voice.
Many of us have spent years silencing ourselves, dimming our light, swallowing our truth or feeling afraid to be fully seen and heard. This session has been lovingly created to help you gently release those blocks and reconnect with your authentic voice.
Through a combination of voice activation practices, energy work and guided healing, we will explore:
💙 Releasing fear around speaking your truth
💙 Healing and balancing the Throat Chakra
💙 Reconnecting with your authentic expression
💙 Building confidence in using your voice
💙 Releasing stagnant emotions and energy
The session will conclude with a deeply relaxing mini sound healing, allowing you to integrate the experience and leave feeling grounded, nourished and aligned.
