🌟 Mindful Magic – A Chakra Adventure💚 Kind & Caring ME - HEART CHAKRA

A 7-session program for children (ages 5–11) (if you cant make all the dates, you can catch a make up on the next round as we loop through the chakras!)
This playful and supportive program helps children develop emotional awareness, confidence, and self-regulation. Through movement, mindfulness, and creative activities, kids learn practical tools to feel calm, grounded, and emotionally strong.
Session Themes run on a loop, if you miss one, grab the next one! Sessions will run regularly on Friday Afternoons and more through school holidays!
