Celebrate the 12th International Day of Yoga with us, at our special Sahaja Yoga Meditation Event. Take-home some simple skills to keep that inner sense of peace, empowerment and balance throughout the ups and downs of daily life. Friday 12th June from 6.00 - 7.30pm at the Beaumaris Community Centre Hall, 66 Constellation Drive, Ocean Reef 6027. Just come as you are.
