This immersive 90-minute experience invites you to release the old and welcome the new through chakra-based yoga, live sound healing, and vibrational energy activation.
🪷 Guided by Nannette Chacon, you’ll flow through gentle sequences aligned with the seven chakras, awakening balance, strength, and peace within.
🎶 Live sound healing by Manuel Veres (@return_to_spirit) fills the room with chakra-tuned crystal bowls, rain sticks, and chimes that harmonize the body and energy field.
💎 Surrounded by luminous crystals and candlelight, you’ll move, breathe, and receive, reconnecting to your inner rhythm and spirit.
