the visit of Zen Master Hyon Gak Sunim to Stavanger in May 2025.
May 26th at 18:00 - 20:30 he will do a pulibc talk at Sølvberget Kulturhus: "What is Zen?" begins with "What is a human being?"
What am I? Zen means "meditation", and meditation gives insight into our everyday True Self. Not a religion or theology, or a belief system, or even a philosophy.
