Welcome to this Equinox Ecstatic Dance Ceremony, were we will celebrate the balance between light and dark ~The changing of seasons. Through movement, joy, breathwork and ceremony we open up for deeper connection with ourselves, life and others -we expand into the changing of seasons and invite the light of Spring into our hearts, embracing the energy of renewal and transformation.
We will begin with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, embracing the warmth and nourishment of this sacred plant medicine.
In the spirit of Spring Equinox, we will welcome the light into our bodies, to nourish our inner dream-seeds so they can sprout and blossom in our lives.
Following the ceremony, we will move into an Ecstatic Dance, allowing our bodies to express the energy of renewal and celebration. Through movement, we will dance our dreams into reality, honoring the light within ourselves and each other.

About Cacao:
"Ceremonial cacao was traditionally used by the Ancient Mayan Shamans in ceremony to travel between the worlds, to travel beyond the veil.
It is ancient plant medicine, a wisdom keeper, a teacher and facilitator.
An Indigenous Mayan myth tells us whenever the balance between humans and nature becomes threatened, cacao comes from the rainforest to open people’s hearts and return the planet to a state of harmony.
Ceremonial cacao is the Food for the Shift."

Conscious breath will help you regulate your nervous system, access higher state of consciousness and it is a profound tool to release and move energy in your body, mind & Spirit. We will do a easy and short breathwork practice before we start to dance.

Bare feet on the floor. Your pulse. Your breath. A smile on your lips as you become one with the music, and the moment now.
Ecstatic Dance is no steps to follow, a space to unfold in whatever way you feel. Allow the body to move as you loose yourself into trance and a feeling of ecstasy.

Is an experienced workshop and retreat facilitator, who have been holding space for healing & transformation for over a decade.
Co-creator of Sacred Womb Festival, a woman`s festival that is held annually at Angsbacka in Sweden.
I am educated in Biodanza Heart In Motion, Womb Awakening, Breathwork, Theta Healing, Tantra Therapy, Munay-Ki Rites, Rite of Passage, and more.
Have been a Shamanic Apprentice since 2005, walking the Path of the Rainbow Warrior.
I am deeply passionate about female embodiment, Tantra, Breathwork, Conscious Relating and Shamanism.
