This is multi-sensory experience designed to quiet the mind, awaken creativity, and support deep relaxation. Through grounding guided meditation and an immersive sound bath, resonant tones and rhythms help settle the nervous system and open a receptive, intuitive state.
Rather than focusing on technique or outcome, the emphasis here is on expression, mood, energy, and inner landscapes. Slow, repetitive marks created in meditative pen-and-ink are added mindfully. Bringing presence and a dialogue between structure and flow into focus.
No art experience is necessary. This practice is about listening inward, trusting intuition, and experiencing art as a form of meditation and self-inquiry.
