YYOGA 50 Hour Yin Teacher Training - November

Overview

You will learn anatomical variations, modifications, and propping that will empower you to know and understand each person’s unique pose. Through kinesthetic experience and mindful exploration, you will deepen your love for this therapeutic practice and learn how to safely share this practice with others.

This course is designed for both dedicated teachers and passionate practitioners and is led by Lucy St. John whose passion for all things yoga began in 1996 when she went to India. She found Yin Yoga encouraged a more mindful and meditative approach to one’s inner experience. And thus, created a deeper foundation for experiencing the heart of the Yin Yogic teachings.

Lucy began learning Yoga & Ayurveda from one of the oldest wisdom traditions in India in 1996. With a Master’s in Education, she’s led more than 60 Yoga teacher trainings and is a certified Yoga therapist. She loves sharing functional anatomy in all of her trainings, especially in Yin! She is committed to creating equitable, diverse, and inclusive spaces in which to explore the incredible art and science of Yoga.

All students are required to earn a Yoga Alliance certified 200 hour teacher training program before teaching Yin Yoga in a studio.

Weekend 1

• Friday, November 7th 5:00pm-9:00pm
• Saturday, November 8th 8:30am-5:00pm
• Sunday, November 9th 8:30am-5:00pm

Weekend 2

• Friday, November 21st 5:00pm-9:00pm
• Saturday, November 22nd 8:30am-5:00pm
• Sunday, November 23rd 8:30am-5:00pm

Training Perks

15 Teacher Training drop in classes are provided

• Classes activate on the first day of training (November 7th, 2025)
• Expiry six (6) months
• Regular reservations policies apply

YYOGA at Home subscription

• Subscription account activation will be sent via email
• Valid from date of activation for one (1) month

Refund Policy

• If YYOGA is required to cancel the program/module for any reason → Tuition Fully Refunded
• If a student has paid in full, but chooses to withdraw before the program/module begins → Payment refunded, minus non-refundable registration fee ($150.00)
• If a student has paid in full and is required to withdraw before 50% of the program/module is complete → 50% of payment refunded, minus non-refundable registration fee ($150.00)
• If a student has paid and is required to withdraw after 50% of the program/module is complete → No payment refunded
