This special two-hour Christmas gathering combines the nurturing practice of yoga with seasonal celebrations to help you find peace and joy during the bustling holiday season.
What to Expect:
Hour 1: Mindful Movement and Meditation (60 mins)
Begin your morning with a gentle yet revitalising yoga session designed to:
- Release stress and tension
- Energise your body and calm your mind
- Connect with your breath and inner peace
Hour 2: Festive Celebrations (60 mins)
After our yoga practice, we'll transition into holiday mode with:
- Festive refreshments and yummy food
- Holiday music and good company
- Yoga Quiz
Bring: Comfortable clothing, and your best festive spirit!
Wear: Cosy layers for post-practice comfort
All brunch refreshments included, and everyone attending will receive a little gift from me as well.
