On the night before Christmas Eve, the world seems to hold its breath — a soft, shimmering pause before the celebrations begin. This candlelit yoga gathering invites you to step out of the rush and into stillness; to rest deeply, breathe fully, and reconnect with the quiet joy that underlies the season.We’ll begin with gentle movement to release the body and soothe the mind, before melting into restful Yin and restorative postures. With breath, reflection, and guided meditation, we’ll weave warmth and calm into this moment before the magic — an evening to ground yourself, soften the edges of the year, and simply be.
So come as you are — cosy, weary, curious, or bright-eyed. This is your pause before the festivities, your invitation to rest in the glow of presence and peace.
