As we gently close the door on the year gone by and open our hearts to what’s ahead, I invite you to a nourishing evening of self-care and renewal.We’ll begin with a slow, grounding Yin Yoga practice to ease tension and release the residue of the past year, softening body and mind. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful Yoga Nidra — a journey of inner stillness and quiet restoration.
To close, we’ll share unhurried time for reflection — space to journal, connect with others in the circle, or simply sit in peaceful contemplation with a cup of herbal tea.
