Join me for a Yule Celebration a.k.a. Winter Solstice Celebration ❄️.

Let's celebrate the longest night of the year and the return of more sun!
.
At this time we will acknowledge the shift in seasons, the theme being rebirth and renewal. We will reflect on the year that has passed and look forward to the year ahead.
.
To begin we will have a Cacao Ceremony where we connect, heal, promote personal mindfulness, and personal growth over a cup of cacao. Cacao helps with calming the mind, lifts mood, enhances meditation, promotes healthy heart, and has antioxidant benefits.
.
We will then follow with a guided meditation. Meditation is a practice that helps calm the mind, body, and soul. There are many benefits to meditation including reduction in stress, balancing emotions, fostering self reflection, and increase self awareness as we connect to our higher self.

Afterwards we will have an opportunity to journal our experiences. I will also provide journal prompts and tarot and oracle decks that will help guide you on what to manifest for the new year.
.
Finally to finish off the night we will create an ornament that you can take home to remember the experience. All supplies will be included and prepared for you prior to the celebration.

- Water Bottle
- Mug
- Journal /Pen
- Blanket
- Whatever else you feel to bring
- Wear comfy clothing
The energy exchange for this 2 hour event is $45.
