About this Event
Celebrate Earth Day by learning about one of our native pollinators, the leafcutter bee! We’ll learn why leafcutter bees are so cool and how they build their nests. Then we’ll make a nest just like the leafcutter bees do!
Presented by Liz Childress, Education & Outreach Supervisor at the Weedon Island Preserve.
Recommended for youth ages 7 & up. Registration is required. Space is limited and this program will cap at 20 participants. Please register just your child (children). This is not a drop-off program. Meet in front of the auditorium.
