We are thrilled to announce that Jess Miller will be our special guest, leading Yoga in the Garden to celebrate the start of Earth Day weekend and to honor our last weekend at Bohemian Gypsea. It is truly an honor to have her and her passion for both the earth and yoga gracing our garden.
Jess Miller discovered her passion for yoga while living in an RV and traveling across the United States for several years. Practicing Vinyasa flows in stunning natural settings was empowering and allowed her to explore a deeper connection within herself that she had never realized existed. This journey, combined with physical practice and mindful breathwork, sparked her enthusiasm.
As Jess pursued her love for movement, she expanded her studies to include Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin Yoga, as well as Assisted Stretches, Hand and Arm Balancing, Weight and Personal Training, Partner Acrobatics, Meditation and Breath, Aerial Arts, and much more.
We invite you to join us at 9 AM on April 25th. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket for added comfort in the garden. We will provide water, but feel free to bring your favorite bottle as well.
This class caters to all skill levels, offering modifications to ensure your personal comfort and motivation.
