Your Health and Wellbeing for Arabic-Speaking Caregivers (Liverpool)

This session will be delivered in Arabic.

This workshop will provide a welcoming and supportive space where you can discuss the possible health impacts of your caregiving role and practical ways to manage your own health and wellbeing. You will also have the opportunity to meet and connect with other people in your community who understand the joys and challenges of being a caregiver.

Please note: To be eligible to attend this event, participants must be an Australian resident living in South-Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains regions in NSW, Australia. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway. We can assist with new registrations for eligible participants.
