Festivities begin at 8:00 a.m.
Come walk with us to raise awareness, spread hope, and support mental health in our community. Every step makes a difference for individuals and families affected by mental illness.
Event Schedule
8:00 a.m. – Registration & Check-In Opens
8:15 a.m. – Goat Yoga (yes, real goats + yoga fun!)
8:30 a.m. – Zumba for all ages
9:00 a.m. – Opening Ceremony
9:20 a.m. – Walk Begins
11:00 a.m. – That’s a wrap for York County!
But don’t stop there—join us again at 2:00 p.m. in Chester for our second NAMIWalks event of the day. A food truck will be available at the Chester Walk at Chester State Park!
Why Walk?
NAMI Piedmont Tri-County provides free support groups, education programs, and advocacy for individuals and families impacted by mental illness across York, Lancaster, and Chester counties. Your participation helps us keep these programs accessible to everyone.
Invite your friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors—together, we can stomp out stigma and build a community of hope.
