Find balance and calm in my Vinyasa yoga class, welcoming to all levels. With plenty of modifications and variations, both beginners and experienced yogis will feel supported as we flow together. Each session blends mindful movement, guided meditation with gentle hands-on assists (with consent) to help you release tension, melt away stress, and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.
