YOGITHOT ON A SATURDAY - but this time we're on a boat🚢 hehehe

Join us for a fun-filled morning of yogilates - a fusion of the best aspects of the 2 modalities that allows us to reap the physical and mental benefits of both - followed by drinks at the bar and a variety of food selections from local food kiosks. This event will take place on Saturday, February 22nd, 2025 at 9:30AM at The Shorely, located in Marina Village. Class will start prompty at 10:00AM!!! I MEAN IT!!!!!

The Shorely is a permanently stationed ferry on the waterway that has been transformed into a bar and entertainment venue!

Get ready to move through a spicy yogilates flow, sip on refreshing pints & cocktails, and indulge in a variety of food vendors while enjoying the company of fellow yogis. This event is open to all fitness levels!

WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO ARRIVE EARLY TO ENJOY OUR LOVELY VENDORS!!!

Force Physical Therapy will also be on site conducting free evaluations and adjustments!!

YogiThot, a renowned fitness instructor, will lead you through a 60-minute Yogilates class! Yogilates focuses on strength training to sculpt the arms, legs and back while seamlessly integrating yoga-inspired postures & sequences to improve flexibility and mobility. This class offers a holistic approach to fitness that will leave you feeling balanced, energized, and centered.

After our yogilates session, we'll unwind with a selection of beers, mimosas and local food vendors. The bar opens promptly at 11am after class! This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, catch up with Vanessa, and build a sense of conscious community.

Vanessa's class is known to be a safe space for introspection; expect to feel seen, accepted, challenged, inspired… and maybe even a little sexy! With 500 hours of yoga teacher training under her belt, she seamlessly manages to cue postures and alignment in a way her students can TRULY understand.
