✩ Engage in pranayama/breathwork aimed at accessing the subtle body and enhancing life force energies.

✩ Indulge in profound relaxation with a sound healing featuring crystal bowls & other healing instruments that will rejuvenate the spirit.

✩ Stay for a refreshing ocean swim post-session, or simply enjoy the oceanside vibes where the renewing waters nurture your being and connect you deeply with the natural world.

✩ The teacher will demo movements and verbally guide with/ a high-quality audio system ensuring a welcoming experience for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

☀️ARRIVE:

10+ MINUTES B4 CLASS TIME TO CHECK IN & SETTLE INTO SPACE...

🎒 BRING :
BYO Large sheet or blanket for wide coverage from sand to practice on.

Yoga mat is NOT needed unless you have one to place under a sheet to give more stability.

It gets chilly on the beach at night. You might sweat. Bring layers/cover-up for meditation.

Something to protect your items if we get a sprinkle of rain, from the healing ocean mist, or if you take an ocean dip.

We will have some lighting on the beach during the event, but if you're planning to stay afterward, byo light or enjoy the moonlight.

For safety: Only trained service animals on a leash must stay on the owner's space. Small children must be watched at all times!!! They like to play and wander away, keep them on your space and quiet for the meditation, especially close by when it's dark on the beach.

Shops & ATM on NE 9 Street - All major hotels begin south of Vistamar Street.

This is a wide open - quiet area - with no crowded beach chairs and plenty of metered parking if your driving! Down the block from all major hotels and resorts, small food shops, bars, and convenience stores are at NE 9th st and hotels start one block south at Belmar..

We are on the beach! We watch the by-the-hour forecast and radar for OUR location rather than the daily forecast. Conditions at our location can be very different than other side of town. For iffy weather around our location, we will make a special announcement on our alerts tab; on the website's home page. If the event is canceled, it will be announced at least 60 minutes before unless there is an unforeseen emergency.

Bring a towel or water-resistant cover. Sea mist or light rain can happen during the event and you may also want to dip your toes or take a dip in the ocean afterwards.

1) Canceled or rescheduled event is 100% refunded.
