Let the rhythm of the sea🌊 , the warmth of the sun, and the melodies of world music 🎶 elevate your spirits as you connect with nature.

Afterward, indulge in deep relaxation with mindfulness oceanside meditation 🧘🏽‍♀️ to soak in the inner stillness.

Remain after the session for a revitalizing dip in the ocean's embrace, where the waters of renewal await, nurturing your essence with a profound bond to the natural world.

The teacher will demonstrate the poses and give clear directions with modifications for all levels, and newbies to enjoy.

Class duration, 75+ minutes.

After class, give extra time to enjoy the ocean.

This is a beautiful wide open area of the beach, very easy access, no crowded lounge chairs, and open to all.

🌞 WHAT TO BRING ? :
Large sheet or blanket for wide coverage from sand to practice on. Yoga mat is NOT needed unless you have one to place under a sheet to give more stability.Sunglasses, sunscreen, a bottle of water, and something to protect your items if we get a refreshing sprinkle of rain, or ocean mist. Wear swimsuits or fitness attire.Beach Umbrellas: If you plan to bring a beach umbrella for shade, or staying for a beach day, please make sure to take extra time securing your umbrella from wind gusts and place it in an area that does not block other class participants' views.We are on the beach, so stay after class and enjoy a refreshing jump into the healing ocean !There are shops on NE 9th street for food, drink, bathroom, cash machine, and more. All major hotels begin south of Vistamar Street.

We highly encourage checking our WEATHER / ALERTS tab before you head to the event on the website home page. We also send updates to all eventbrite ticket holders.

We watch the by-the-hour radar forecasts for the event locations for rain, winds, and temperature. Please note: small rain cells usually pass quickly and/ or rain cells do not come over to our event location. A light sprinkle or ocean sea mist can happen during outdoor events, always bring water resistance cover up.

Canceled or postponed events, 100% refund, including eventbrite fees!

Booking may be canceled 24 hours before your booking date. Bookings can be canceled for a full refund, excluding eventbrite fees, back to your credit card. This is a self-cancel process by going to your tickets and following the directions.

Bookings are non-refundable and no credits after the cancellation window has closed. This includes same-day and no-show bookings.
