• Teacher assisant
• Upgraded PA system w/ music to suit the class theme.
• 60/90 minute: FUNctional Yoga, FitnessYoga Fusion, or Meditation Style.
• Team building exercises for connecting & playfulness.( optional )
• Action photos taken before, during & after class. (optional)
• Deep rest and guided meditation.
