Yoga with People for Palmer Park & Yoganic Flow 2026 (INDOOR)

People for Palmer Park and invite you to practice yoga safely indoors each Saturday morning from 9 -10 am . will provide instruction inside the Palmer Park Community House for a limited number of people (only 15) so that we can maintain distance.

• We ask that each participant be situated and on their mat by 8:50 am. The class will begin promptly at 9 am and the door will lock at 9:03 am. No one will be admitted after the door is locked. If you are late to class we can forward your registration to the next available date.
• Early registration is encouraged as we anticipate that the 15 spaces will fill up quickly. We will limit the class to 15.
• A must be completed for all participants. Waivers will also be available in person.
• Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the start of class.
