Step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through movement, stillness, nature, and community.
From Friday 11th to Sunday 13th September 2026, join us in the peaceful Macedon Ranges for a deeply restorative weekend retreat designed to support balance, presence, and inner connection.
Over three days, we’ll explore the many layers of yoga through dynamic morning practices, grounding afternoon sessions, breathwork, meditation, philosophy, rest, and meaningful shared experiences.
This retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to what truly matters.
