With a legacy rooted in the "dark progressive" movement that reshaped global dancefloors in the early 2000s, Gab’s influence remains a masterclass in atmosphere. He is a producer who treats silence as a tool and tension as an instrument.
Now, celebrating their monumental 50th release on the Zero Tolerance imprint, Gab steps out from behind the studio glass to command the floor with a rare, special dj set.

From 2000 to 2010, Dean was a driving force behind the city’s progressive landscape. As the co-founder of the iconic Private Function parties, he was instrumental in bringing international titans like Steve Porter, Matthew Dekay, and Habersham to Melbourne for the first time. His commitment to the scene extended to his role co-founding Pretty Simple - the Saturday night institution at F4 - which became a foundational hub for house, techno, and breaks.
Throughout that decade, Dean’s curation spotlighted the very best of home-grown and international talent, sharing bills with legends including Anthony Pappa, Phil K, Luke Chable, Ivan Gough, and many more.
As a DJ, Dean is defined by his versatility and intuition.
