Yoga on the Cliffs with Jenergy

Join me Jenergy Diamond Fitness and Yoga for my signature Cliffs Practice. Yoga on the Cliffs has been a staple in San Diego since the mid 2000’s! Its my favorite class to teach! I have 20 Years experience as a certified licensed Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher. I provide wisdom and insights for any aspiriring or seasoned Yogi looking to learn.

This is a leisurely 75 minute All Levels Restorative Hatha Yoga practice that begins with Breath and centering to clear your mind, warming stretches melting into our focused Slow Flow practice of simple powerful Asanas, balance practices, deep stretches then stillness. Class ends with a deep guided meditation in Savasana. Also monthly on the first Saturday of the month class is 90 minutes with a live Rainbow 🌈 Crystal Bowl Sound Healing. ❤️‍🩹 🙏🏼🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏽‍♂️🧘🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏽‍♂️🧘🏿‍♀️❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼😎 🌊

Pose options and physical adjustments will be given. It’s Beginner friendly and even the most seasoned Yogis will perhaps learn something new. You will certainly gain insight into your practice as well as the workings of your body and mind. Free your spirit and Flow with us on a Cliff above the ocean!

Location is Sunset Cliffs/Osprey St on the Cliff Side. The address listing is for general location purposes. Which is 98% of the time here in sunny San Diego. The first Saturday of the month is for Sound Healing. Expect a longer 90 min class with extended Savasana meditation so please bring bolsters blocks pillows or blankets to make you comfortable! ❤️‍🩹

This is a donation based class. Yoga teachers are currently one of the most underpaid professionals. We ask that please help us to live well in this beautiful city we all call home so we can continue to guide you in your practice. Donations are not mandatory but we suggest a $10-25 donation per person. If you are not feeling flush even a few dollars helps! We appreciate you sooo much!!!🙏🏼💖😎🤩😻We all know this is one of the most gorgeous places on the planet. Come enjoy the beauty of the ocean and nature while practicing Yoga untethered by walls or membership.

Class is open to all humans and yes you can bring your dog or your kid. If they can sit quietly on a mat to observe or practice. As long as they do not disturb class they are welcome!

BRING:

*Yoga Mat

*Beach towel or Blanket for under to keep your mat clean and make more “real estate” to spread out of the fine sand.

*A Friend or a few! The more the merrier!

*Water, sunscreen, hat, layers

*Blocks or strap if you like to use them
