Start your day with the sun rising over the ocean, the sound of waves guiding your breath, and soft sand grounding your practice. Our beachfront yoga experience perfectly blends movement, mindfulness, and the healing energy of nature. Yoga sessions at Ocean Manor Beach Resort are designed for all levels—whether you’ve never done yoga before or you have an established practice.
What to Expect: A Warm, Supportive Environment – No pressure, no judgment. Just an inviting space where you can move at your own pace.
Guided, Easy-to-Follow Instruction – You will be guided through gentle stretches, simple breathing exercises, and mindful movements, explaining everything along the way.
A Natural, Peaceful Setting – Practicing by the ocean allows you to relax in a way that’s hard to find indoors. The waves provide a natural rhythm for breathing, and the soft sand makes poses feel even more grounding.
A Restorative Ending with Sound Healing – After movement, we’ll transition into a relaxing meditation using sound bowls to help calm your nervous system. You’ll leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and at ease.

What should I bring?
You're welcome to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated, sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses because the morning sun is gentle, but it's still Florida! - a yoga mat or beach blanket (a large beach blanket or sheet is more comfortable than a mat) - a towel - a bathing suit so you can take a dip in the ocean after - and an open mind ⋆.ೃ࿔*:･☾❀*ੈ✩‧₊˚˚

Is this class suitable for beginners?
Yes! Absolutely. Come as you are. Beach yoga is a great place to start - relaxed, no judgment, just the sound of the waves and fresh ocean air. You will be guided through everything with a professional yoga instructor and encouraged to move at your own pace.

Where exactly do we meet?
The class takes place directly on the sand behind the Ocean Manor Beach Resort. When you arrive (after parking for free in the lot or getting valet), walk through the hotel to get to the beach, keep going past the tiki bar and down the white stairs to the right. There's some grassy dunes near a big white cross resting in the sand we meet in front of) or feel free to ask hotel staff and they will be happy to direct you where to go for the yoga.
