Are you looking to de-stress and deeply relax? Our Yoga Nidra class is designed just for that!
This session balances gentle movement with guided meditation, easing you out of the day’s “go mode” and into a restful, recovery-focused state.
Class Highlights:
Gentle Movement: The first half of class focuses on poses that release tension from hunching, gripping, and typing, helping you unwind from the day.
Yoga Nidra: The second half is dedicated to Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR), guiding you into a profound state of relaxation and preparing you for deep, restful sleep.
