A perfect way to wrap up your week: yoga, refreshments and the chance to help kick cancer in the butt!
Our favorite yoga studio, Mystic Fitness, and our favorite yoga teacher, Katelyn Willis, are hosting a 60-minute warm flow yoga flow to contribute to Steve's Pan-Mass Challenge fundraising efforts.
Steve rode in his 21st Pan-Mass Challenge the first weekend in August, but his fundraising efforts continue as his body recovers from the 192-mile ride!

This event at Mystic is an all-levels yoga class. Great for families and people who are new to yoga as well as seasoned yogis.
Please bring your mat if you have one, but Mystic Fitness will rent out mats for $5 cash (which will be donated to Steve's fundraiser).
Glorious refreshments from The Sleepy Baker will be served. We'll also be raffling off some amazing prizes!
