Yoga Nidra and Sound BathUnder the luminous energy of the full moon, you’re invited into a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra and sound bath experience. This is a space to slow down, soften, and listen inward—allowing the body to rest while the mind gently unwinds.
Together, we’ll connect with the full moon’s themes of release, reflection, and wholeness. Through intention, guided awareness, and immersive sound, you’ll be supported in dropping into deeper layers of rest, where true integration and renewal can unfold. This is an all levels class and all are welcome!
