Fluid Body: Summer Lymph FlowAs summer unfolds, this workshop offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and support your body’s natural flow—while gently nurturing the body’s inner waters.
The lymphatic system plays a key role in circulation, immune function, and clearing excess fluid—especially during warmer, more active months.
You’ll learn the foundations of how the lymphatic system works—your body’s quiet, essential flow—and how it supports detoxification, keeps inflammation down, maintains fluid balance, and enhances vitality and immunity.
In Ayurveda, the inner waters of the Lymphatic System is known as Rasa—the body’s essential fluid system, linked to nourishment, hydration, and the feeling of being deeply supported from within. This tradition reminds us that it’s not only about flow, but about tending these inner waters—keeping them cool, hydrated, and resilient through the heat of the season.
Blending gentle yoga, lymphatic self-care, and guided relaxation, you’ll learn how to support lymph movement, reduce excess heat, heaviness or puffiness, and feel more energized in your body. Through mindful movement, gentle breathwork, and targeted marma (vital energy) points, you’ll leave with practical tools you can use anytime to stimulate lymph flow—followed by a deeply restorative guided relaxation to help your whole system settle and reset.
Guided by Mira Devi, this experience draws from Ayurvedic wisdom and hands-on lymphatic work. Mira is a longtime Ayurvedic practitioner and educator, and is certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Lymphatic Enhancement Therapy, blending modern clinical understanding with intuitive, body-based practices to help you feel more connected, clear, and supported in your body.
