Postpartum Mommy & Me Series

An 8-week series for moms with infants to create community and learn from different experts each week. Topics such as lactation, mental health, pelvic floor strengthening, nutrition, infant sleep, babywearing, and more will be covered. This series is ideal for moms with babies between 0-5 months, but also open and supportive to moms with infants up to 1 year of age. Babies are always welcome, and each class is 90 minutes long. If the booking deadline has passed please reach out directly to check for available spots. This series is non-refundable. Classes may be cancelled 48 hours out due to insufficient sign-ups.
